Get rid of the runflats. That will solve a large degree of your problem. Put a can of liquid tyre repair in your trunk. Call it a day.
I'd go for Michelin Diamaris which are OEM spec on the e53 4.8is.
You will get a degree of tram-lining with wide tyres (ie. your 20" rims) but a good alignment and ensuring all your bushes are healthy should eliminate that.
