Got the car back yesterday. Shop ended up changing the thermostat and 2 other hoses. They charged an extra hour for labor for the thermostat.

Overall, I still ended up shelling out $400 from my pocket. My warranty company only covered after market parts... SMH... So they covered $281 for labor and $320 for water pump..
