As for your part numbers the seals look correct. I was able to get all at BMW parts counter, they had all on hand. You can also get a trans kit that has seals, plugs (2) , magnets, and new filter.

Here is my invoice for part numbers.

Also noted per a few postings from Doru the software upgrade might really be key too. He has also posted that removing batt connections, then shorting car positive to car body ground as to clear any residual charge from trans computer has helped with the kick.

Make sure you get the fluid level right. I've seen so many posts of horrid shifting, slow to engage etc after fluid changes. It's not hard but be patient and let her cool back off if needed (hours) to get right fill level.


None of it is hard, just a process..
