So I have my update I have changed all seals in the transmission including new fluid and filter after test drive same problems occurred to first gear when turning right was holding longer and when accelerating it felt like something is holding the car back and then to fail safe transmission light went on so I decided to bring it to BMW dealer to have it all software to be updated including transmission module software is well when doing that they discovered that the DSC module was faulty lucky for me I have blame them that they had damaged their module when upgrading the software they told me the replacement of the DSC module will be $1700 I refused to pay for it and told them that they had damaged the module and they had to replace it for free after short fight that's what they did they replace the module and updated the software after test drive I have discovered that the transmission is switching gears smooth and I have no more issues when accelerating so guess the issue was the D.Sc. Module since now the car is running like new. I hope this will help some of you out there who have same issue as I had it felt good having for once do either paying their own price to fix my car for free
