What other items would you suggest replacing at this point? Last time all fluids were changed was 2012 at 60k along with valve cover gaskets. In terms of faults I only have a faulty coolant level sensor and telescopic steering inoperable everything else works so far.
Any recommendations as to a reputable shop in NYC area? Thanks in advance for your input. I wish I could figure out how to upload pics.
If "all" fluids were changed in 2012, and BMW products were used, then the only thing I would change in addition to engine oil would be the brake fluid. Your coolant, TC fluid and differential fluid should be fine.

As for the transmission, I am of the school of thought of leave it alone. I have 306,300 miles on my original fluid and it works fine - but I qualify that by saying I have the 3.0 engine.

2002 X5 3.0 306,300 miles
2014 428i 20,200 miles

2004 325i sold at 123,600 miles
2001 325i sold at 66,000 miles
