The torque spec is 7 ft/lbs, use an in/lb wrench set to 84 in/lbs.

For "non-stressed" items like these, I under-torque by around 25%/30% (60 in/lbs). If it should leak in the future, I torque to full spec (been almost 3 yrs without leaking).
