Sorry to keep repeating the same question but was the engine running while you were setting the fluid level? Not before, not after, but during. If the engine isn’t ticking over while the new fluid is being pumped in then the fluid will drain down from the torque converter, hydraulic galleries, valve body etc. into the sump and the transmission will be underfilled. The fluid temperature should be 40°C.
