Could be clogged rear drains. Or a rain storm hard and long enough to over power them. That's what happened to mine. Had torrential rains over the course of a week and it flooded that electronics area. Drains were fine as far as I could tell. I now drill a couple of small holes in there to mitigate any possibilities in the future of a repeat.
