I think what AW is saying is that once you remove a “stuck” plug, that has caused no bore thread damage of course, apply a little bit of anti-seize to the new plug before you reinstall it and it will be easier to remove at your next interval change [emoji106]
That said, like Stiubhartach said.. if you have a plug stuck so bad that it messes up the thread in the hole... you’re screwed...
Personally, I love anti-seize.
