Hi - does anyone know if I need to reset any adaptations etc if I replace the MAF?

I have no error lights or fault codes, but am refreshing the car with high mileage and poor fuel consumption - and it's part of my maintenance plan... I've replaced the O2 sensors, sparks and coils and a few other odds and sods already.
