Too true i think there are more important things in life,on a side note seems that some other suspension bits and bobs need replacing as the plastic boot is perished on part 6 both sides(and it displays some play and i guess that will after indirectly tire wear etc?weird thing is i was getting outer tire wear on left hand side both rear and front)

No news I would say is good news, but in this case car has been with mechanic from from 8am and now 2pm and no news is probably not good news as was expecting a quote on those suspension link part 6 before moving on with repairs, anyway we shall see, at least he has the tool to remove bushes.
