If the pedal value shows in INPA than I would suspect the throttle motor.

You said the throttle position changed which doesn't jive with that unless there is an actuator like a bar that goes from the motor to the actual throttle plate.

Do you see the throttle position move in the computer or did you mean the pedal position?

Also: does the throttle position change in the computer when you manually turn the throttle plate?
