I use my Stanley 25A automatic charger (a good, but standard charger. nothing special) pretty much whenever I'm working on the car for more than a few minutes (even for key out, doors open stuff). It's pretty much standard procedure for me on all my cars.
When charging, the battery is at about 14V, the battery can provide several (7?) hundred CCAs any time it wants, and has a capacity (believing AndrewWynn's number above) of 90 Ah.
I can't see what type of coding would actually not be met with this setup. And specifically meeting those voltage and current specs (13.2V, 45A), even continuously, should be no problem for at least an hour, maybe two.
