huge backfire, blew out exhaust and intake

I started my 2004 X5 the other day and there was a huge backfire. The engine got very loud, like a hole in the exhaust and ran extremely rough. I shut it off. It barely starts now, no power and lots of popping. The car has fault codes 19, Ignition Coil, Cyl #1, 5E, EVAP large leak and EC, CAN timeout EGS. There weren't any symptoms before this. The intake manifold is cracked and opened up all along the seam. Any suggestions? I pulled ignition coil #1 to see if it was causing the problem. The car wouldn't start. The engine is the 3.0L six. The car has 160,000 miles on it. I'm trying to figure out if it is worth fixing.
