As if she doesn’t have enough issues, now I have a new one. Any ideas where I should start? The coolant is full, maybe air in the system? I did change the Water Pump last year, but had heat after that no issues?

Sounds like air in the system to me. I'd try bleeding the system since it's a free fix if that's it. Which model X5 is this? I've also heard it can be the auxiliary water pump and the heater (water) valves are known to go bad as well - although the latter usually seems to result in no heat at all in one or both front zones.
