So make sure you entire cooling system is rock solid and will hold pressure. It's more likely the refrigerant (as stated) but it all has to be healthy to work as designed.
Just a side note.

If anyone has a hole or crack (yes I'm laughing) in their tank you can buy all the o-rings and bands to swap the tanks yourself for a fraction of the price as long as the core is in good shape.
