I have not read the the thread about the oil fill cap, but the shop told me that they checked for vacuum leaks. Thank you for sharing and I will certainly look into it. It would be amazing for something like that to be the problem!

As far as the 90 seconds goes; it has been 90 seconds every time I have timed it on a cold start. Now, if the car is hot, I have no issue. I can just get in and go, but if it sits long enough (even just a half-hour) it'll come back. I have not timed a "warm" start but it would be a good experiment.
