Forgot to mention that the Continental tires are quiet and there have been a reasonable cost option for Corvette owners. They also have a 40,000 mile rating. These characteristics are what got me interested.

What works best is largely associated with where you live, how you drive and what features are important to you. If it snows in Texas I just don't go out. Too many drivers that have never driven on winter roads. If I went back to live in Michigan my choice of winter tires might be different.
