I've had no issues with the PDC or any other warning lights. Also I drove about 20 mile since I installed it the other day and no noises at all. I know it's to early to say but I has a very solid bolting surface so I really don't see an issue with rattles. The only down fall with the hitch is the trimming of the access cover. I really though that it was going to be worst then it is. Really not noticable. The lower edge on the reciever sticks out 1 1/2-2 inches at the most.
