(Oil Eater) is the best stuff out there and is nontoxic and biodegradable. BUT only use it on a cool engine and never on glass. I pulled up 20+ year old oils from my folks driveway and even removed all grease and oil from some heavy equipment allowing it to be removed from a nuke waste site where contamination was around all the grease fittings and the NRC kept saying it was too hot to clear.
PS. You won't need a pressure washer either if you sprayit and keep it damp with more for about 15-20 minutes. It's that good!!
