Confirm all injector connectors are fully seated.
Confirm all coil connectors are fully seated. Push connector in while closing lever.
Check fuel pressure at rail w/gage while running.
Read the fuel trims w/obd scanner or ISTA w/warm engine.
Unplug MAF. Does performance change?
