Factory6speed is on a distinguished road
You can't really change the engagement point, but check into the CDV delete and removing the return spring from the pedal. Sadly they do not make the ultimate clutch pedal for these cars, I have that on my f30 and it is a fantastic upgrade.

You can remove the spring from that white plastic arm, leave the arm in with no spring or even just remove the entire arm. It will change how the pedal comes up. I didn't really like it but a lot of people do, personal preference.

Remove number 13 and bend the line over a bit so it goes in. That will eliminate the restriction in the line and make the pedal more directly actuate the fork as the fluid flows normally. This makes everything easier to drive, but you risk damaging the input shaft bearing if you do a bunch of really fast hard shifts.
