I got respect from my service advisor for the past 2 years. That is, until he left recently. I found out when I scheduled a service appt for this coming Tues. Some newb that wants to charge us for a rental/loaner car (getting a BMW loaner is like winning the lottery- almost no chance) took over.

I know that I'm technically not allowed rentals and loaner cars. Thats why my parents always go with me.
