i dont think they are too bad. once i bought mine, two friends bought an X5 each as well, one a 4.4 like mine, and the other a 4.6

we all paid around the 40-mark, give or take, and when you look at what you got for that money, i think its pretty good value. Look at mine, its an '02, had 64xxx kms on it when i bought it, white, sports, 4.4, everything i pretty much wanted....

but yes, it can be depressing looking at the american prices
