In this instance because of the noteriety of what happened, I think she'll probably get enough paid publicity to take care of the kids at least for a while. Also as mentioned has previously happened, she'll probably get lots of handouts for a while from various businesses.

I can't help but wonder though... what if she only had 3 or 4 or 5 kids in this batch? She certainly wouldn't have received this kind of attention or none at at all perhaps, and likewise she wouldn't be receiving book deals, paid appearances, free handouts, etc. But, she would still have 9 to 11 kids and clearly would not have been able to care for them all adequately/financially. I find it ironic that by having more children than she (or any single mother) could possibly care for, she will reap potentially significant $ rewards...
