To follow up on the link above. The sizing and location is as follow:

2x 6" Midbass Drivers - Front Doors
2x 6" Midbass Drivers - Rear Doors
2x 2.5" Midrange - Dash Mounted
2x 5/8" Tweeters - Front Doors
2x 2.5" Midrange - Rear Doors

Stock output is ~20W per channel. Manufacturer is Nokia on most OEM BMW drivers from 92-2006.
