Agree w/ bsprtsgrp, they (Diamaris) are not run-flats. The only OE run flats for the E53 were for the security vehicle which also had a different suspension setup to account for the heavier load, etc. They were 18" Goodyear Eagle RS-A * EMT (RSC) on special style 153 rims.
