I don't have any problems fueling my diesel. Either something is wrong with your filler neck, or you're using the high volume nozzles at truck stops. The extra nozzle BMW provides in case you want to use the high volume nozzles is a joke. I have it, but never use it. It did come with a pair of gloves...
