Vredestein Sessanta Balancing

I finally got the Vredestein Sessanta tires. When balancing, he was putting a lot of weights: around 50 grams sometimes from the inside and another 50 from the outside of the rim.. on the forth one (rear right) he had to put 115g from the outside and around 40 from the inside...

After balancing the ride is silk smooth, but is it normal to have so much weights? I didn't know about rotating the tire on the rim, is it worth taking it in again to rotate? and is such a tire safe? i mean what if this is due to some sever structural defect?

Other than that, the Vs are sooooooo quite!! the falkens were humming like hell!! and the truck seems less bumpy... I still have to try it out with some sporty driving, and see the wet traction (I did try it a little on some water in the street by chance, the ABS kicked in of course, but i felt like it was more late than before, i.e it gripped for a while but when the pressure was more than it can handle, it skid...)

I will drive them for a while and write more about them...
