You can also see the black plastic bumpers on old non-black X3s before they went body color. Especially if you see it in person, the height of it makes it look like they forgot to paint the entire lower half of the vehicle. This is one of the reasons I had to have the aero kit.

Not a surprise they went body color with the X5s now like the X3s have, but why E70s were initially black plastic when X3s were going body color already I dunno. If there's the '10 front with '11 rear that'd be great. Recall they supposedly needed more cooling for the turbo engines so they had to make the bigger vents in the front (also shifting the fogs) yet the 35i has fake vents. Does the 50i even need it or was it changed for the sake of change?
