I had hopes for a TTV10 in the XM's...it's an SUV/SAV for cryin' out loud and if i wanted a lightweight experience, i hop in my sports car. Personally, i don't give a rats ass for a "lightweight SUV". I'm perfectly fine with a 5k+lbs SUV that can tow up to 7k.
With that said, aside from cost advantage, i'd still purchase the X5M and possibly have it re-tuned by none other than Steve Dinan. In the meantime, fingers and toes crossed for a V10 TT in the XM's future

I'm w/ you 100%. I am personally not into lightweight cars, and like a solid heavy truck with great tow capabilities. Love all my American Trucks the most F150, Suburban etc...So I want to make the right choice for a sporty / speedy SUV/SAV. Preferably the one which is going to compete.
