I have not been offered any credit for miles or payments. I had the car in the shop for over 8 weeks. Had the car in my possession only 6 days that entire time.

I haven't made a stink about the miles nor a credit as I want the buyback. I am hoping BMW do the right thing here. I have been a loyal customer, plan on remaining a loyal customer. However, if they do not take the vehicle back, I am perfectly content with the possibility of spending my money elsewhere.

I love this vehicle, and despite the problems, would like to continue to drive a X5M. Just don't want this one.
