hello, i have an '02 x5 3.0, i was doing my rear upper control arms and in my bently theres nothing aboout compressing the spring. i deactivated the air, but there is a lot of tension on the wheel carier outer mounting point to go in. i started to press out the outer ball joint, but got scared of *sproing* do you have any thoughts. it doesnt even show the springs in the schematics page!
