It's not hard to plan. Like Michelle said the date is the hardest part. I can't do our usual first Satuday in June this year, I'll be away. But don't pick a date based on me. I have a hell summer this year with confirmations, graduations and family obligations. I have no problem helping with the planning but I don't think I have a free Saturday in May or June....
