OK - Thanks. Just to be clear though, you (1) First were able to open the door by utilizing the lock/unlock feature and essentially getting lucky, not by accessing the panel? Then, after getting the door to fortunately unlock, and then open, you were able to access the door panel and work on greasing the carrier?
