Leave the tank full. Add fuel stabilizer if you want, I wouldn't for 4 months but it isn't a bad idea

No power, no charger. Leave the hood facing the door so you can jump it if necessary

Tires fully inflated. Oil changed if it is close to being due

4 months isn't really very long
