They are pretty cheap already, I've always ordered from them or Discount Tire Direct. They also show promos from the manufacture (ex. $80 rebate on a set of 4 Hankook tires or something) so sometimes it can be cheaper, but I don't remember ever seeing coupon does for Tire Rack.
