Also saw a reference to the turbos being capable of 1.5 bar, but I suspect that is what the turbos themselves can do, not what they do in this particular installation.
1.3 bar is 19 psi. I'd go with that as a starting assumption.

If they are at 19psi, then how much more boost do they put out with a tune? Can they handle the extra psi, or will that shorten their life span?
