Thumbs up Foreign Motors West Natick/MA

Foreign Motors West is one of the few good dealerships and I have heard many good things about them. A friend of mine had his CSL trunklid painted and it came out perfect.Their bodyshop has a very good reputation. There are many happy customers and FMW seems to really care about their customers. FMW is also an active sponsor/support of the Boston BMW Club chapter.

Only downside is the drive out to FMW as they are not exactly close to where I live ....

I too will give FMW a thumbs up. Our service advisor, Paul Vasallo is excellent. He has been a service advisor for over 20 years. He really knows his stuff and tries to ensure you are satisfied with the service. If you are a good customer you can get loaner cars (either Enterprise rentals or BMWs...frankly as long as it has 4 wheels I don't care) if you book your appointment ahead of time.

The only thing I will say about FMW is that they do not deal kindly with aftermarket add ons. They are strictly a factory shop. Therefore don't take your modded-to-the-nth degree X5 to FMW, you would be better off going elsewhere.

I have never deal with the sales folks there, but they seem like a nice bunch. The waiting area for service could be a little bigger, but you can tell they are right for space and doing the best they can.
