I think the detail guy at Phaedrus at Jackson between Polk and Van Ness will do it. He charged me $350 for my 740il.

$350.
Just take a Sat. or Sun. off and dedicate it your car, in the end you'll love your car more.

When I quickly scanned the post listings I thought this thread title was "Any gay bar place in San Francisco?"

Maybe there is one that does clay as well. Yes.........do it yourself if you can. You will be amazed at how easy it is and how smooth your paint surface will be when you are done.

I will drive to SF and do it for 250.00 . No just kidding.........if you have the time and the place to do it yourself it really is easy. Just wash the thing and when it is still wet go over it with the clay bar then rinse, dry and wax. I just did it last weekend. You could probably clay the whole car in 30 minutes.

You gotta do it yourself. It takes time (anyone who can clay an X5 in 30 mins is God himself or doing a sham job, count on at least 2 hours because if it's never been clayed before, you need to clay every inch of the paint, even the parts that seemingly have no contaminants on them).

Who's to say you won't have a crap job done by someone who you pay to do it? (they'll probably load up a clay bar onto an orbital, which ain't so good)

Do it yourself, spend $30 and 2 hours on it and rest assured you did an awesome job.
