Just kiddin. Try WD-40 maybe. I use it for bugs some times. Wont damage the paint but check on the harm to guard.

If it's stuck on the very edge, similar to when wax gets stuck there, I just run a toothpick along the edge to GENTLY remove it. A very soft, moistened toothbrush also works.

If all the abover fails, use 3M Bug and Tar Remover. Just remember to use sparingly and on as little of the painted surface as possible because you will have to polish and wax the area afterward.
