Hey Phil,
Just did my first correction over the weekend on my wife's car and LOVE the FG400 from Menzerna, on a 2 year old car after doing the FG400 it was ready for LSP! Amazing! I noticed the D300 and FG400, although minimally dusting products compared to older compounds, do get a decent amount of dust, and just wondering what you recommend for a wipe down, say after compounding and before polishing/sealant phase if you weren't going to give the car a full soapy rinse down like I've seen you do before? I currently have Adams Waterless Wash in a bulk gallon and since there is no gloss enhancer like the detail spray I'm wondering if that is ok to use? Or should I use something like a Menzerna Top Inspection? Will both products give me the same result of a clean surface and help get rid of the extra dust/compounding residue? Thanks!

Hey Phil,
My X5 is ready for a late summer detail (lot of repair work this year so I've just been washing to keep clean) and wanted your opinion. I used autoscrub last year with D300/SF4000 and Power Lock on top, that was probably in June/July. I've only put on about 5k miles since then, can you walk me through what I should be using? Obviously I will autoscrub/clay the car again, do I need to go through a full compound/polish/sealant process again after autoscrub? Last year was the first time I believe the paint was corrected, got about 85-90% of the imperfections out, I was very satisfied. I use FG400 now for compound (worked awesome on my wifes car), still have the SF4000 for final polish, and still use Power Lock for sealant. I also have a bottle of Netshield coming in the mail that I'd like to use on top of the Power Lock to really "lock it in" (can you tell I like what you guys sell?) Is it safe to make a few light passes with FG400 to clean up any imperfections from the past year after I'm done auto-scrubbing, as well as finish polish and seal it all? Or is compounding once a year too much for the clearcoat (removing too much material), and should I just stick to polishing then sealing? Thanks!
