Question Shopping cart damage on my X3

Hello guys..I am from Cincinnati, Ohio. Bought a Black 05 X3 (CPO) in last Jan.

Just noticed that on the rear boot door, there is dent caused by a shopping cart.

Couple of paintless dent repair guys had a look at it..but all say it is not possible to fix in PDR way.

Any help to direct me to a good body shop in East Side of Cincinnati is greatly appreciated.

Dave Orr AutoBody in Madisonville. We have taken several BMW's and Audi's to Orr and they always do an absolutely phenomenal job. They are arguably the best body shop for German cars in our area. We recently had to have the hood of our E70 replaced and the paint matched and it looks better than new!

Good luck!
