Repainted door to remove key mark

I had one of my doors repainted to remove the key mark and when I got the car back I noticed that there are small craters, like small holes in the paint, all over the door. Can this be removed by buffing alone if I bring it to a detailing shop? What do you think?

Bad paint job. Let the body shop fix it. I would not have even picked the car with that issue.
