my car got keyed on all doors and the boot this week, and the scratches vary in depth some are shallow some deep where you can feel the ridge if you run a your fingernail over it, car is titanium silver. they are all a couple of inches long apart from the one on the boot below the number plate which I am going to cover with any chrome badge I find in an auto acccessory store
Does anyone know if other than panel re-sprays there is any other way or product that I can use to minimize the look of these scratches?. I touched the other scratches up with base coat and then used t-cut to try and blend the scratches in to the surroundng paintwork but still you can see them as they are deep. Any ideas would be much appreciated that I can minimize the look of these scratches?they are all a couple of inches long apart from the one on the boot below the number plate which I am going to cover with any chrome badge I find in an auto acccessory store. Ironically enough I will not go to a paintshop garage as that is where the car actually got keyed while they were repairing a ding caused by my cousin, but got no proof as never photographed the whole car before leaving it with them for a couple of days.
