wow

My best investment this year was the Jellyblade.

But you do need a rag though.

You have to be careful and work slowly. Otherwise it does very fine scratches/swirls. Learnt the hard way and glad it was not my BMW.

I've never had an issue from a water blade and i use them everyday. The only reason that they will scratch is if you didn't clean the paint properly before drying.

Dangerous thingie... one little bit of sand and you scratch your car... Microfiber waffle towel is al lot better...

If you remove all of the dirt and make sure the blade is clean it shouldn't be a problem. I do use mine on cars that are 6+ years old though. If I bought a new M5 it may be different.

This works better on the roof/wheels/jams/etc....It takes 2 minutes & you can towel the rest in under 30 sec. Even works taking off fresh snow, dont even need the scraper/brush!!!

I have tried the blower before. It didn't really work that well for me and was a bigger pain than help. Plus you waste gas and look pretty silly in the driveway doing it.

The water blade and then micro-fiber towel seems to work the fastest for me.

I have tried this with hi-speed electric blower and it did work, on fresh snow as well. Ok, if you don't worry about silly part.
