Detailer's Domain: Range Rover Sport/Crystal Rock

This Range Rover Sport was a vehicle that I dread I just don't like SUV's. Anyway since my extremely good customer had a special request to do this car for his business partner I could not say no to him as much as I tried to avoid this one.

Anyway it was bad as you can see from the pictures. Take a look.

Paint correction was done with Menzerna SIP and Menzerna PO85RD. We finished with Swissvax Cleaner Fluid and Swissvax Crystal Rock for a nice deep wet glossy shine.

Below are the tools and products used:

Products used:

Adam's Car Wash
Swissvax Paint Rubber (yellow) with Optimum Instant Detail Spray and Gloss Enhancer
Menzerna SIP
Menzerna PO85RD -
Menzerna Top Inspection
Swissvax Cleaner Fluid
Swissvax Crystal Rock

Wheels and Tires

Swissvax Pneu
P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel
Boar’s Hair Wheel Brush
Foam applicator pads
Swissvax Quick Finish
Adam's Undercarriage Spray

Glass inside and out:
Lusso Glass Polish
Uber Glass MF Towels

Black Wow on the trim and mirrors

Engine Detail:
P21S Autowash
Boar’s Hair Brush
Adam’s In and out
Black Wow

Interior:
Leather Master Rapid S (leather cleaner)
Leather Master Vital (Conditioner)
Einszett Cockpit

Tools:
Infratech 5300
Makita 9227 Hi Speed Rotary
Lake Country CCS Pads 5.5 inch
Tons of "Uber" Microfiber Towels
Uber Drying Towels

Cam Spray 1500A with Cam Spray Foam Gun
Vac and Blow

OMG! What the hell did they do to the finish on that car? It was disgusting. You guys did a fabulous job.

Any plans for a detail day? I could really use a good detail before winter.

Beautiful work as usual. This one is a particularly good one as it appears that this vehicle was regularly washed with rocks.

The paint looks incredible after you worked your magic. Too bad you couldn't do anything about those wheels and grilles.

Outstanding! About how long did it take you from start to finish (and how many people)?

Absolutely amazing.
