Windshield and clearcoat

Hi guys, I was wondering if there is any way to repair my windshield. It has all these little marks in it, probably from all the little things that hit it everyday. Is there any way to refinish the glass so its nice a smooth?

I also have some clear coat chipping away on my front bumper by the head light cleaners, is there any way to fix that also?

Thanks!

Clean it throughly with a glass cleaner (invisible glass or adams are my go to), follow that with a clay bar, then seal it up. Worked wonders on my windshield

for the clear coat, nothing you can do yourself. A high end body shop (like C&D in nj, who is BMWNA/park ave body shop) may be able to repair the clear coat.
