FoAMERS

Will this save me soap if I tend to use too much in A BUCKET? This is for personal use.

how much soap do you think it will take. I probably scale down the quality of soap too because the car will be covered totally

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
use BMW code for 10 percent off and usually Phil does a flat shipping if (correct me if i'm wrong) you order 150 of stuff.

Adams car wash shampoo is excellent, top notch quality stuff. You will not find better in a big box store.

DD is not for the "cheapest product shipped" type people, they sell quality products at fair prices, with incentives and promotions for enthusiasts like us, and as a small business supporter, that's why I never buy things generic car care stores anymore.

Phil and DD back the products they sell, and they use them all. How many places do you buy car supplies from that actually know how each product works?

Sorry to go on the long rant, but the "cheapest one shipped" comment makes it sound like Detailers Domain is some sort of craigslist advertiser.

.
The question isn't "will you find better"..the real question is "will you find the same"? (or equivalent)

We are talking about car wash soap (or, er, "Shampoo"), not pharmaceuticals.

What is always so obvious about detailing products is that they are sold with nonsensical generalities and adjectives- 'fine product', 'high quality', 'top notch" and "we use this at the shop and are very impressed".

Look, I like these guys and buy some items from detailing sponsors.. I dont mind supporting contributors in that way. But we'd be lying to ourselves if we believe that there is much difference between many of these products.

IMO

Reviving an old thread but this bothered me

Given your statement, wouldn't their "cheapest product shipped" still be quality?!? My money is just as important to me as the car is but don't go telling me that I'm less of an individual because I pick and choose where my money would be best spent. To me, the phrase "cheapest product shipped" does not mean give me the worst product ever cause i don't give a shit. Look at all the people that hunt for the "cheapest product shipped" when it comes to replica wheels. What "type of people" are they?

Bottom line, I know Ricky Bobby is an ass on screen and you seem to be living up to that reputation on the internet too.

If I want to give this local business $20 or $100 it won't hurt them which one i pick. It's money for THEM either way.

first of all relax kungpao you are reading into my statement way too much

my reaction was to this comment by a previous poster above "How much is the cheapest one you sell shipped to zip 27856 I have seen some cheaper ones in the internet"

Aren't we all capable of reading Phils statement about $9.99 shipping flat rate and 10 percent off for forum members? If you want a foamer, go to his section on the website, add to your cart and figure out shipping based on your zip code, take 10 percent off with coupon code and your question is answered.

I am referring in this instance that someone who just posts that without taking the time to use the website may not necessarily be interested in buying something, but rather seeing if they can "get a better deal" than what you or I can get just by using a merchants website.

I was also basically trying to reiterate that Phil's "cheapest product shipped" is probably still better quality than most bargain stores around, from what i have come to find, being that I have made many orders from him. DD prices their products that they sell very fairly, and I'm sure if you were comparing the exact same product, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, you could contact them and I'm sure they would work out a price matching policy. (EDIT: see above i also clarify the cheapest price shipped comment)

I was highlighting that comment because although some of Phil's products that he sells may be a few dollars more than another similar product, you can be sure that he stands behind what he sells in terms of quality.

If you're still fuming mad I apologize that you felt the need to call me out weeks later, can't we have civilized discussion and not be so serious? I was just giving my opinion as a repeat customer of Detailers Domain (and no i don't work for them)
