hey kungpao I used to own a white car and my favorite sealant after doing my paint correction is Power Lock from Menzerna, extremely slick and lasts a long time. Obviously a proper claying session and polish is preferred beforehand, since a sealant essentially locks in what you have polished up to that point. You could also do a nice cleaning wax hybrid that you can get at most auto stores, and put a layer or two of glaze on top for a little extra depth.
I would just make sure you have good lighting in your garage or whatever you park in if you are concerned about seeing spots you may miss.
